Pinnacle Day HikeJoin a Past President on her favorite hike--a loop hike from Hamburg Reservoir to the Pinnacle.
Anticipate lunch at the Pinnacle (1,635') with great views. More great views at Pulpit Rock (1,582'). We'll stop by the Windsor Furnace Shelter and will pass the site of Windsor Furnace, the early pig iron works location. It is a rocky trail! Bring lunch and water. Hickory Run Day HikeA loop hike using several different trails in the park, each with a different landscape leading to a very scenic hike.
For those wishing to do less than the entire 11 miles, there will be an opportunity to finish the hike at 8 miles. There is a brief bushwack in the hike. Bring lunch and lots of water. Heavy rain cancels. Meet at the Days Inn Parking lot which is located at the intersection of routes 22 and 309.

Hike from Osprey House at the Wildlife Information center up the new trail. We will then go on a section of a blue trail then onto the Appalachian trail and return back to Osprey house. Please bring snacks and water.

Three Falls HikeWe will hike a combination of falls in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, including Indian Ladder, Dingman's and Child's Park, with numerous opportunities for doing a shorter hike.

Lehigh Gorge Day HikeDay Hike at Lehigh Gorge and Glen Onoko, a make-up hike for that of April 22 which was rained out.
We'll climb up the falls to the ridge, walk along the ridge to a fine view of the gorge, then descend the mountain. Sturdy shoes are necessary; if water is high we might get a little wet in the beginning. Bring lunch and water. Rain cancels. Meet at Eckerd Drugs, Walnutport. Call for further information.

Watersports I - TubingFloat the Lehigh River from Treichlers Bridge to the dam in Northampton for a cool passage through the rural countryside.
This is a scheduled water release weekend, so we should make good time. Your lunch and dry clothes will be waiting in Northampton, where we will leave a few cars to shuttle drivers back to the starting point. Bring lunch, water, a change of clothes, sun protection and an inflated truck tube. Trucks and vans will be appreciated to help haul the tubes. Meet at the Whitehall Mall between Sears and MacArthur Road. NO PETS!
