Parks and Arts of Allentown Part XIVThis is not just a walk in the park. We will be walking OVER the park on the 8th St. bridge to get a unique perspective of the foliage and skyline of Allentown.
Then "Ron" will "usher" us to the Allentown Art Museum (free) while he gets to work and Mercedes tunes up her pre-soviet Russian cello for the ASO's 3:00 PM performance of "from Russia with Love" featuring Conrad Tao playing Rossini, Prokofiev and Rachmaninoff.
Call leader Mercedes in advance (by Sat 10AM) for "half-price" tickets (best deal) or purchase at the ticket window. Ask for "hikers discount" of 10%. After concert we all go to the BrewWorks to unwind. Take your ticket stub for food discount.
