Kick off the Labor Day Weekend with a moderate to brisk paced hike from Rt 309 to the Allentown Hiking Shelter.

We’ll hike the Appalachian Trail from the Rt 309 AT crossing to the Allentown Hiking Shelter, have lunch and return. This is a great hike for new members and guests to experience a part of the Appalachian Trail maintained by the club as well as visit the shelter built by club volunteers in 1998.
