If you've heard the trip reports from the on-going series of Horse-Shoe Trail hikes, the highlight is a stop for ice cream.

We'll reduce the mileage(but not our waistline) with a short walk through Bethlehem designed to pass the maximum number of ice cream parlors. So leave the dishes in the sink and skip desert. We'll wind our way to the neighborhood of Liberty High School. NO PETS!
