Spur of the moment posting for my Favorite Local Hike: Loop hike Starting at the DWG visitor center, climbing Mt Tammany, then continuing to Sunfish Pond.

This 12 mile hike starts on the Mt Tammany Trail with a 1200 ft climb of Mt. Tammany. We will continue along the ridge for several miles, then turn onto the spur trail which takes us to Sunfish Pond. After hiking around Sunfish Pond we will return via Dunnfield Creek Trail. Optional Pizza stop after the hike. This is a Dog Friendly Event.
