The AMC NY/NJ Trail Conference and the Borough of Riegelsville are sponsoring an afternoon of hiking, cycling, paddling and refreshments in the area as part of a festival along the Delaware River at the Roebling Bridge where the Highlands Trail will intersect with the D&L Trail
