Interpretive HikeAccompany members of the Ironton Rail Trail Oversight Commission on an interpretive hike along this multi-use trail.
We'll learn how coal, iron and limestone helped start the industrial revolution in America right here in the Lehigh Valley. This is about 6 miles at an easy pace with stops for lecture and discussion. There is no formal lunch stop so bring drinks and easy to eat snacks.
