Semi-annual cleanup and improvements to Lock #2

Cleanup and restoration of one of the better preserved locks in the Lehigh Gorge State Park. Also may work on Lock #1 if enough participants. Bring gloves,lunch and water. Please contact leaders so we can have adequate tools.
