This is a pleasant, moderately challenging hike along various mountain bike trails in a section of old growth forest in the slopes above the Lehigh River in Fountain Hill.

If your main purpose is to go fast and get exercise, please consider another hike. We will be moving at a good clip, but stopping to enjoy the vistas and sightings along the way. There are some wet areas and plenty of rocks, so please wear sturdy boots and bring at least 2 liters of water, lunch and snacks. Rain cancels.
